That inspiration first began in 2016 during a visit to the south of France, where the warmth, kindness and slower pace of life left a lasting impression. Years later, while visiting family in Canada, the idea evolved into thoughtfully curated book collections designed to keep loved ones connected across continents through the simple gift of reading.

Today, that same spirit lives on through Kempton Books—our online bookstore—and soon, our doors will open to welcome you into our physical country bookshop in Kempton, Tasmania.
